This spacious vacation home is located in Gulf Highlands, which is the only resort on Panama City Beach with it's own private beach house complete with beach side pool and private beach access. You will feel miles away from everything inside this quiet resort, yet walking distance or a short drive to all that is going on in Panama City Beach!

With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated throughout the winter months. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, wifi hot spots, and the unit itself is a short 5 min walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands also offers a gulf front beach club, serving clubhouse style breakfast and lunch. As well as snacks, cold drinks, including beer, wine, and mixed drinks. The resort is also centrally located to may of the city's amusements, and shopping. Not to mention the abundance of eateries!

The home comes with 2 designated parking spaces. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot located within walking distance at an additional cost of $5/night.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
