This condo is a short little walk to the beautiful white sand and emerald water of the Gulf Coast and home of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. Horizon South is a quiet community minutes away from the excitement of Pier Park, and about a half hour to the Hub of 30A. The home is beautifully decorated giving you that beachy vibe, with the coziness of home. Everything has been carefully thought out from the fully stocked kitchen to comfy and cozy linens making it feel like home away from home.

*Booking guest is required to be at least 25 years of age, and must be staying in unit.
*Wristbands are required for the amenities, and are $20 per person. They can be purchased at Main Office or Tiki Bar
*Amenities include: 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, basketball, fitness room, shuffle board, mini golf
*Security deposit is not paid up front. You are only charged up to the deposit amount if damages are reported after departure*

I am easily accessible through the messaging system, and try to respond within a few minutes to an hour. My phone number will be listed in the check in instructions, as well as, welcome manual for emergency situations.

Horizon South is just a few minutes from Pier Park, and within walking distance to restaurants, and shopping

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
