Welcome to Sunset View! This beautiful condominium is in an unbeatable vacation destination in the heart of Panama City Beach.
This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo has been updated with your comfort in mind. The unit is located on the 5th floor and has a dedicated 5th floor parking space!. You can wake up and walk out to the balcony from the master bedroom.
There is high-speed internet available throughout the unit for all devices. Boosters in every room ensure no one gets disconnected!

-$95 Resort fee is included in booking price! This includes parking passes and wristbands.

This unit also has it's own same floor parking space, making it easy to park and begin your vacation. This unit does come with 2 parking passes, however parking for a 2nd vehicle could be limited, and you may have to use one of the City's overflow parking lots.

**Registered guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.** No smoking in the unti. No pets.

The unit is self check in with unique code issued to each guest. Dedicated, same floor parking space. No elevator to get to unit!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
